I see that the last login was yesterday. This tells me you are using the right combination of login-data. Did another browser work? Also please try cleaning your browser cache + cookies and try reinstalling the Vodafone & Ziggo app. If all of the above fails, I have the option to delete your My Vodafone account so that you can try registering again. If this is the case, let me know with a screenshot or picture of the error message you're receiving.
Please leave out any personal details like your customer ID, e-mail address, passwords and phone number.
