Mobile data (4G) is completely not working for 2 days.

Hi.
I'm using a prepaid monthly bundle or 4GB, since yesterday morning, I can not use the mobile data (4G) at all.
I thought it was a temporary system malfunction, however, I still can not use the mobile data.
I've been using Wi-Fi for two days, I've checked my iPhone settings and any possible things that might have changed that situation. But everything is fine. I turned the mobile data on perfectly as well.
Could you check what the problem is? Or could you indicate who should I contact to fix it?
