I am the 1 or Vodafone customers in here but have a big problem with no help. Here is my problem.

I have a 3 bills I do not. I made a 2 bills payment last week which is a proof of screenshots in the attached. after that I am seeing on the website I still have 3 bills today. Someone please take that situation serious and help me please. Because I am the one who does not live in the Netherlands.
