Hardware without sim card

Today i recive hardware (tablet) for my abonament but i didnt recive sim kart. Is that normal ?

Some tablets aren't able to use the 3G/4G network but only Wi-Fi. Some can support both network options.

I order abonament 8gb and hardware. I recive hardware but they didnt delivery sim kart. I will get it by post later ?

Normal you will recieve a sim with your hardware...
If you didn't recieve one you can go to a Vodacone store then you will have the sim direct, or you call the customer service and tbey will send one, you will recieve the sim within 5 days.
