Cannot create My vodafone account

Hello, my name is Kate. I want to create My vodafone account. I received SMS code and entered it. Then I entered all information and my e-mail and waited for a link to activate my Account. But when I click on the link in the e-mail, I see the following message: "Dat gaat niet goed. We kunnen het e-mailadres niet bevestigen. De link in de e-mail werkt niet (meer)." Though, the link is only 21 hours. But the e-mail says the link expires only in 2 days. This happened twice, so I can see no solution but to contact your Client support.
I hope my issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

This problem it is not possible to help you directly on the community. So you need to contact the customer service (klantenservice van Vodafone) from Vodafone. It is possible to chat online too, when you like that.

They can help you to solve the problem.
