Can't use MyVodafone.

Can use MyVodafone. It redirects me to a Ziggo-Vodafone combined index page, from where I can go to MyZiggo but not to MyVodafone (which just redirects me to the same index page). Address bar says ZIGGO_USER_ONLY as show in the below image. 

 

Similarly MyVodafone iOS app is also inaccessible. When trying to log in, it gives an error like No user role defined.

Hi @berkkmeric, welcome here!

When I check your personal information I see that My Vodafone and 'Mijn Ziggo' are combined. I don't get this error when I use a special tool to reproduce your steps. If I go to My Vodafone, I see the details of your subscription and invoices. Do you still get this error? If yes, please try another browser. If you don't get this error in another browser you probably need to do a cache clean of your browser or remove the cookies.

If you also get this error in another browser we can try to remove your My Vodafone account so you can register again.
