Can I use my postpaid plan (Vodafone Red) in Belgium?

Hello,

I have a postpaid plan for Vodafone Red taken in Netherlands with 40gb data per month. Is the data limit also applicable in Belgium if I am planning a day trip or I have some kind of limit of usage outside Netherlands. I hope the data coverage is EU but don't want to end up in a hefty bill.
