Can I receive calls from the NL when I'm abroad outside the EU?

I’ll be traveling to Brazil and I’m expecting to receive a call while I’m there. Can I receive calls by from the NL when I’m abroad outside EU?
how much do I have to pay to receive this call?

My abonnement is Red.

Unfortunately that link only talks about calling, not about receiving calls.

 My question if I can receive a call abroad remains unanswered and I was not able to find this info anywhere in the website.

Sorry @Raira, Brazil is located in Zone 2: World. Minutes are charged per second with a minimum of 1 minute.
