Accidentally ordered 2nd subscription

Hello everyone. Thanks for the great service. I'm using the translation service of Safari and I think somehow it made me order 2 subscriptions because I've received 2 eSIMs. I want to cancel one of them.

The number I want cancel ends with 33 83 36, I'm not sure if tickets are private so I didn't want to expose the whole number.

I tried to call your customer service but it was in Dutch so I couldn't understand it. Please assist me, thank you!

Your suspicion is correct, 2 subscriptions has been ordered instead of one. Unfortunately at the Community we can't cancel one of them, but I see that you already had contact about this with one of my colleagues.
