About changing subscription

Dear friends,

I am currently having a Sim-only, one-year subscription "Scherp XL" at Vodafone and the end date is Sep. 1, 2015.

I want to change this subscription to "Red with a device".

Is it possible to do the change now?

Hi @Yuhao,

The official answer is that you can only retain four months before the end date of your contract.

However, a small number of exceptions apply. I advise you therefore to call our sales department at 0800-0560, toll free.
