red unlimited data top up not working

Although I have red unlimited Internet, my 10 GB keeps running out very fast and every time I try to top up with 2 GB it gives me an error. I feel like I don’t have an unlimited subscription, with my Internet running out very quickly.I would like this issue to be resolved, and I want my unlimited subscription to be unlimited and not limited to 10 GB only.
