Het best wat je kan doen is contact opnemen met de klantenservice van Vodafone. Die kunnen je prima met dit probleem helpen, wij klanten kunnen niet in het systeem kijken om je te helpen, Vodafone wel. Mocht het fijner zijn dan kan je ook een chat starten om iemand te spreken.
