no user rules available

When I tried to log in to the vodafone app, it showed 'no user rules available'. At the same time, I logged in to the vodafone website and found that only my prepaid card could be displayed on the website but not my subscription account. Is it possible to delete my prepaid card account so that Do I re-register my subscription account?

Hi @Flustered, welcome here!

I just removed your My Vodafone account. You can now register again for My Vodafone with your new Vodafone subscription details and the error 'no rules available' will be gone 🙂
