i must send mail back with scan of police report on your mail vodafone.nl@multi-risk.com but when im sending i get mail back thats is some error with delivery. what i must do?

I guess you have scannend it on high quality, then the filesize becomes to large to email it.
In most cases you dan email up to 10 MB. So, check the filesize.
If it is over 10 MB, scan again on a lower quality.
