Transfer of ownership and prepaid sim

How can I escalate a matter to one of the seniors within customer service?
My number is 06XXXXXXXX.
Kindly see the several emails sent to small business support for transfer of ownership and thier reposnse to conversion to prepaid for a contract ending in 3 weeks.

I have no energy left to detail the matter here after sending zillion emails and making uncountable calls to vodafone prepaid and being tossed from one department to the other.

If someone can solve this for me soon, I will be thankful. Else I will have to see what else can be done to be heard.
