Purchasing Bundle Password Lock Out

Hello,
I was in my account online trying to pay for a bundle, when it asked a specific question for me to answer. I must have answered it wrong and it locked me out. I can no longer pay for a new bundle. It also looks like my phone use has been stopped or locked out for days on my phone.

I do not quite understand what's you’re describing. That's why I'm not sure if you can be helped, using the Forum.
What bundle did you purchased? It is a Prepaid or Hybrid number?
What do you mean by stopping or locked out on your phone? What does not work and what do you see exactly?

Hello,
I am able to log into my account. However, once I click the button to purchase my bundle it says "user blocked." I am not sure how to unblock myself.

Hi Josa,

Which bank do you use? Maybe you blocked online banking? I had the same with my account. I need to answer a secret question, before i can go through with the payment. This to make sure they got the right person. If you don't see this private information, you know there is something wrong. Could this be the same problem?
