Hi chopsticks, I think my colleague referred you to our prepaid desk. Unfortunately, I only have a 0800-number as an alternative to the 1244 number. 0800 is also a number you can't reach if you're abroad.
I would advise the following: please chat with our customer service first. You could do this via the My Vodafone app, or via vodafone.nl/support. If you're on wifi, that's free.
Please have my colleague check if the top-up never worked, or if there is something that is eating your credit.
If the top up never worked, then please call our customer service department, and have them transfer you to the correct number. That way, you don't need to call the 1244 / 0800 number.
