Prepaid topup from abroad

I am having problems adding money to my prepaid account.


I entered two credit cards, and it appears to credit my prepaid account, I login the next day and nothing is there.

I am on extended leave working abroad right now, but I only have 2 weeks I believe to make sure I do not lose this number, so any prompt help would be much appreciated. I called Vodafone in Holland and the customer service gentleman advised me to call 1244 from my phone which does not work.

Hi chopsticks, I think my colleague referred you to our prepaid desk. Unfortunately, I only have a 0800-number as an alternative to the 1244 number. 0800 is also a number you can't reach if you're abroad.

I would advise the following: please chat with our customer service first. You could do this via the My Vodafone app, or via vodafone.nl/support. If you're on wifi, that's free.
Please have my colleague check if the top-up never worked, or if there is something that is eating your credit.

If the top up never worked, then please call our customer service department, and have them transfer you to the correct number. That way, you don't need to call the 1244 / 0800 number.
