Order annulering

I am disappointed with the strange way you are treating your customers.I have made an order on Sunday 20th of October and cancelled it on Monday 21st and called on Tuesdnd again to make sure it is cancelled, but nothing happened.I recieved the mobile I sent it back by post, and still nothing happened.I called customer service 4 times and every time answer, " I will check with a colleague" 5 mins waiting and then disconnect.Nobody care to answer customer complains!!!!

Hi Amr, I'm sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. Has your order still not been cancelled? That usually takes about 5 working days, certainly not a month.
Unfortunately, our forum is not the best place for these complaints. We're mostly here for general information and tips&tricks. Please post a message on our facebook wall or send us a tweet. My collegeau's will be happy to help you figure out what went wrong.
