Online rekening problem

Alright here is the story.
I have just unsubscribed an old conrtract two months ago (i have two number and try to cancel the old one)and after sending the letter to Vodafone offered address, there is no confirmation at all. However when i log into that old number in MY VODAFONE, it saysJammer dat je bij ons bent weggegaan; so it take it as that the unsubscribtion worked.
Here the problem comes, totay when i check my bill (of my new number) the cost called Kosten vorblkering komend uitgande gesprken appeals under my old account.
So that i am really confused.
Is there any customer service willing to help me out?
