My Vodafone log in is not working

I have been trying for the last 3 hours to get logged into "My Vodafone" app on my mobile - Samsung Galaxy S Advanced.  The phone is working COMPLETELY - calling, being called, internet you name it.  I have had dozens of new passwords sent to my phone via SMS and none of them work.  They are all in capital letters - I try 3 times and then it locks me out for 15 minutes.  IRRITATING to say the least.

Please contact our customer service so they can verify your account. Do you have a Facebook or Twitter account? You can also contact them via Social Media 😉
