I top up my phone and didn't recieve my credits

Hi, I hope someone can help me. On 18 th I top up my phone online and until now I didn't recieve my credits. And my bank already charge me for that. Someone could giv me a e-mail contact of someone from vodafone so i can check with them what it's goin on? Thanks.
