Calls to Verify Signature

Dear Sirs,

I'm getting calls going through your company but I don't know if it's you. One of the calls that I was prolonging the conversation, the person asked through my phone number for a code that was sent by you.

I thought it was very strange because the person was at home and a dog was heard barking.

Since I don't speak Dutch and have difficulties with English, I can't understand what's really going on.

Am I correct that you have been called yesterday? I see there's been send a SMS to verify if you are the owner of the subscription. There is nothing serious going on. You have probably been called to discuss whether you are still satisfied with your subscription.
