Billing Help Needed

Hello.

I need some assistance with my bill. There is no email address for Customer Service, the 'chat' function on the mobile app hasn't worked in a week, and I am out of the country at the moment so can not visit a VF shop.

Can you help (in English please)?

Hey Lennys26,

What you have to do is contact customer service today trough Facebook or twitter or tomorrow you can call customer service. On the forum we can't help you because of your own privacy and I can't go in the systems when I am here.
