Add new contract

Good day,

 

I have recently gotten a new Vodafone contract and I am struggling to add my subscription to my Vodafone account in order to access it online or in the app.

In the app it gives and error saying “Multiple roles available”. Online it just loops and doesn’t let me proceed.

I am hoping someone might be able to assist l.

I'm sorry you're experiencing problems with your My Vodafone account. Can you please add a screenshot of what you see in the app?
