I have two annual subscriptions on Red Unlimited and Red that end on Sep 28th, 2023. However, after using it for a month I realized that I am not using that much of data and was wondering if there's any way I could downgrade my subscription?
I saw from your website that this is possible, https://www.vodafone.nl/support/abonnement-en-rekening/wijzigen, but I can't find it anywhere within myvodafone. Could you please help?

So call that number and someone from costumer service will help you.
