eSim Activation

I have done mistake and delete my mobile plan (eSim), when I try to recover trough the QR code I m not able to receive the text message to get the QR code.

How can we solve the issue?

I'm sorry to read that your mobile plan (eSim) is deleted. Let's fix this! Did you already had contact with one of my colleagues about this matter? If not, please call them on 0800-0094 (free of charges). They can fix this immediately for you. This is the fastest option to resolve this, because we aren't available on the Community in the weekends. Do you keep us updated?
