Can't top-up unlimited data bundle

I can't top-up my unlimited data bundle.

This is not something new. About half year ago I had the same issue - https://community.vodafone.nl/t5/Diensten/Can-t-top-up-unlimited-data-bundle/m-p/205885.

You solved it by removing daily limit. And thank you for that!

But it seems that now I have that daily limit alongside with the old issue.

I'm asking to solve this issue ASAP, because toping-up data bundle via support is not acceptable for me.

I have created a casse 11073098 for you. You can see this in My Vodafone as well. Technical support will check this for you and also will share the solution with you.

Hi @walkline, Thank you for your private message to my colleague. That's strange! Which bundle are you trying to activate? Do you get the error message through the app, through the website, or through both? If you get the error message through the website, which browser are you using?

I have "unlimited" bundle with 10 GB limit and 2GB refreshable limit. I'm trying to refresh that 2GB limit. 

I don't have app, I'm using website.

I have this issue in Safari and Chrome.

Unfortunately it's not possible for me to test the app. The app is not available in my appstores region.
