I have done mistake and delete my mobile plan (eSim), when I try to recover trough the QR code I m not able to receive the text message to get the QR code.
How can we solve the issue?

If not, please call them on 0800-0094 (free of charges). They can fix this immediately for you. This is the fastest option to resolve this, because we aren't available on the Community in the weekends. Do you keep us updated?
