Online opzeggen button doesn't work

I must close my mobile subscription but at address  https://www.vodafone.nl/support/abonnement-en-rekening/online-opzeggen.shtml the button "Nu online opzeggen" doesn't work ! Just click without any response. Tried with chrome, edge and safari browser either with macOS and Windows.

Hi,

When I click on that button I see a form to stop your account. It is not giving a new page, it is just coming up under the button. I have try with safari on a  Mac. Try to close all you blocks in your browser.

Thanks Energieboy for having a look. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me so I suspect this is a bug somehow related to my personal account only. Really tested with Windows, macOS, and any sort of browser making sure to allow everything, but from developer mode, I can see the following exception:

Uncaught Error: Invalid response received
    at Object.onSuccess (smapi4.0.0_min.js:1:5857)
    at t.async.t.onSuccess.p.onload (smapi4.0.0_min.js:1:4144)

 Will call the phone number and do the old way 🙂
