Cannot login to My Vodafone app

Hi,

I cannot login to neither My Vodafone app nor on browser.
When I try to login, after filling in my username and password and vodafone code, I get the following message
"Something is broken! That's why the app is not working like you are used to. We are going to fix it. Please try again later"
I have been using Vodafone for almost a year and got this message since my first day until now. Never been able to login to the app.

Please wait and try again later. The is what I can say too. Someone from Vodafone will be present again on Monday and can help you further. But right now we have to wait a while. Maybe you can try again, see if there was a small glitch.

Hmm, what a strange situation. The error you describe is an error which you only can see by the My Vodafone App. When I check you account I see that My Vodafone en Mijn Ziggo are merged. With a special tool I can acces your My Vodafone account with no problems. You also mentioned that you can't login in My Vodafone in the browser. Which error do you see when you want to login in the browser?
