Regarding my order 503649191
I placed my order (iphone 16) on 30th November 2024.
After waiting for more than a month, it was never delivered.
I texted and called both Dynalogic and Vodafone, and they gave me the same answer: "Its in the sorting error, so please be patient".
Its nonsense so I canceled my delivery through Dynalogic and Vodafone told me that I have to wait until my phone is back at them for the refund.
After waiting for a 1.5 month, the status shows "Sorting Error". I am pretty sure that phone has been stolen or lost on the way.
So its not likely that it will go back to Vodafone's warehouse.
Please proceed with my refund asap. This is nonsense.
Vodafone is keep asking me to contact Dynalogic, while I have paid and signed a contract with Vodafone. Not Dynalogic.
Take responsibility.
How can customer order an iphone via Vodafone if they cannot guarantee that they will ever receive their phone?
