Unable to Roam in Europe

Hello, I am in Europe and I am currently unable to roam. 

I have tried the solution in the below forum, but it still does not work. Please advise

Welcome to the Customer Helping Customer Community of Vodafone.

Are you sure your APN settings are correct (iPhone / Android)? If so, it is best to contact customer service (here you can chat or Call them) and ask them to reset your number. Maybe something went wrong with the roaming.
