sim deactivated

Hallo!

I requested a second sim (data only), that has been received and works properly.The problem is that my first sim (calls and data) has been deactivated due to this.I need to have it reactivated as soon as possible, as i cannot make any call right now.
How can I do?

Hey carloconsolaro,

That's strange that it doesn't work anymore. If I where I would contact Vodafone trough the chat option on the website or call them with a different phone. On www.vodafone.nl/support/contact you can see the possibilities.

Unfortunately we can't help you here cause we can't look in the systems of Vodafone and of course your privacy.

I hope they will find a solution for you.
