The plan of your prepaid connection isn't been changed. However, I see that you often add the BloX Unlimited data for 7 days. This BloX is also added yesterday. However, when the previous bundle was expired and removed, the remaining amount is been used for set up a data connection. This causes the amount to drop quickly. Please contact our Customer Service if you want more specific information about this matter. You can call or chat with them.

Do you have a new subscription or renewal? Then it is quite possible that your invoice is different from the original subscription costs.

Read the page at Vodafone on the website for this. If this is not the case, wait here and someone will look with you tomorrow. This is someone from Vodafone and they can tell you what is going on.
