On 17 July you topped up your account with € 20 and added the prepaid Unlimited bundle for 7 days. This bundle is earlier been removed earlier on 22 July because of the usage of your data in EU and our Fair Use Policy. After your bundle has been removed there has been costs charged for the usage of data and this explains why the money was debited from your account. I can imagine you won't be aware of this, so out of goodwill, I have topped up your account with €20.
