When will VoLTE/VoWifi be available?

I would like to know when VoLTE/VoWifi will be available in the Netherlands?
I am already a postpaid customer of yours while owing a galaxy s7 edge and I am so looking foward
to use the new services as previously announced.

Please let me know whether a pilot in ongoing in case I could join.
