The Vodafone are really scammers! We have returned the phone the next day we purchased it. And every month we call them to ask where is our money return and they promise they do it in 2 weeks and this situation repeats for already 6 months. It’s just unbelievable that such a big company finds it most impossible to pay back the money for the online purchase.

The best thing to do is to contact Vodafone customer service, by calling, or by starting a chat.
You could also ask your question via Facebook and / or Twitter. If you do not want this, you will have to wait until a Vodafone employee has read your message and he or she will see what is going on with you. These come to the community but there is no time or day for that.
So it depends on how you want to do it and how quickly you want to arrange something.

Wherever people work, mistakes can be made. That does not mean that it can happen to everyone. In fact, this is really an insider's thing. I have never read anything like this before, this is really something very extreme.
