Vodafone DE simcard; no roaming in NL

Simcard Vodafone DE in iPhone 5 is not allowing me to access the internet on my iPhone 5.
What am i doing wrong?
Cellular Data = ON
Enable 3G = ON
Data Roaming = ON
Cellular Data Network:
APN web.vodafone.de
Username/Password = blank
APN: event.vodafone.de
Username/Password = blank
MMSC http://139.7.24.1/servlets/mms
MMS Proxy 139.7.29.17:80
MMS Max Message Size 307200
MMS UA Prof URL = blank

Hi Danielsam,

We as Dutch Vodafone users/mods, admins are not able to tell you what's causing the problems with the German Network connection. The Customer Service of Vodafone Germany will be able to help you.

Just one thing I noticed, you are using two different APNs; web.vodafone.de and event.vodafone.de

I think the combination of these two APNs is causing your connection problem!
