Simcard activation

Hello, I was a T-mobile client that was thinking to change to Vodafone via Ziggo could be a good idea, I got the contract, the new card and I am trying to activate my new sim card since last week, I have done via telephone and nothing, I am trying to contact the customer service for ages and it's always busy and I can't talk with no one. So, what I can do to activate my new card as my contract with T-mobile supposedly was finished in 29 august? Thank you!!

The best You van do is to try to chat with someone from the customer service! Sometimes it is busy but this is the best try!
