Sim lock

Hi guys, sorry that I write in english but I'm acutally not from the Netherlands. I recently bought an Lumia 520 on ebay which is sim locked by Vodaphone NL. Now, I like to know if it is possible to receive an unlock code from Vodaphone NL. To my knowledge it is usually possible to receive such a code after a grace period. Thank you for your help in advance!

No problem at all! We can speak English as well ;).

Of course it's possible to receive an unlock-code. If the device is older than one year, you can receive the unlock-code for free. Unfortunately I can't request this for you via this forum because we need some extra information about the device, so please contact us via Twitter or Facebook (@VodafoneNL). Then we will request the code for you! 😄
