Regarding Prepaid simcard

Hi,

I have converted my subscription from post paid to prepaid card. I was told via a message that my prepaid will be active on 12/01/2015.

I was not able to make & receive any calls on my old sim card, then i relealized that i have to remove my old card and put the new prepaid simcard .

The question is i didn't found the new prepaid simcard at my house. kindly let me know what is the procedure to use my phone.

Also i want to retain my old phone number, i don't want to change my phone number.

Please help me.

Sorry to hear that you lost the prepaid sim.
To handle things the easiest way I advise you to do the next:

- Visit a Vodafone Store
- Tell them you have a prepaid number
- Tell them you lost the sim
- Ask them to replace the sim for you

This might be the most simple solution for your issue.
