RDP to a laptop over 4G

Hi,

does anyone know if its possible to connect to a remote computer connected to 4g using remote desktop from a computer wired to the internet?

I have a remote PC connected to Vodafone 4g running windows 7, I have incoming allowed RDP connections but when I try to connect from a windows 10 PC to the 4g laptops ip address it times out.

@patrick28, it is possible that this is not possible via our connection. To protect our customers from the outside, security measures have been applied in the network. Other remote desktop applications may work. It differs a bit per application and the techniques used.
