Are you still experiencing issues with your mobile phone and 4G? If so, try these tips:
• Reboot your phone
• Insert your simcard in an other phone
• Remove your simcard from your phone, reboot and insert the simcard
• Do a check if a software update is available
• Check if the APN settings are correct (take a look at Informatie voor Android gebruikers)
Last but not least, check the network map. Make sure to check if there isn't any issue in your region.
yes have tried that a few times. at the store and on the telephone with service dept. seems to be account problem with the phone number itself… have used the sim in a different phone at the store as well and the same problem occurs… they even made a new sim card but the problem still exsists ….
I just checked the investigation. Unfortunately, the technical department are still checking why you have slow/ no internet @Rikervp
