Prepaid Problem

Hey Vodaphone

My monthly bundle expired yesterday, and before i could consent to it, it withdrew 1 euro, and eventhough i have 11 euro on my account it won't allow me to top up with the 10 euro bundle (YOU M AAN), i get following message: "Je kunt YOU M bundel helaas niet activered. Je hebt deze diest al geactiveerd" Please help.

The massage say it is already activated. If it doesn't work, the best thing you can do is contact the customer service. They can check for you if it is on and if something went wrong

Fun part is, that they insist on me calling them, long story short, i met for the first time a customer service (Per) who showed a arrogant attitude, made me "seek my fortune" in another forum.

Additional issue; if i wait I'll end up paying another day-package... jee

You cab also try the chat if you don't want to call.
From here we can't go in the systems. That's why I can't help you with this. If you already paid for the package the customer service can see this.
