Payoff of device plan cleared but still charged on invoice

Hi, 
2 months ago I have cleared my device plan installments and my request is successfully processed in My Vodafone account, but I still get the installment amount billed in my last 2 invoices. Do I get these amounts back? Should I do extra steps?

I'm sorry to read that you still see this amount on your last invoices. Unfortunately I can't find any details on the mobile number in your profile. I would advise you to contact our customer service about this matter. They can check the clearance of your device plan and make corrections if necessary. Unfortunately I cannot support this through this way
