Payment - No new MB package

I replenished my account with € 30 and then another € 5, now the account is € 0.07 but the new MB package did not come.

Do you mean you ordered extra data blox? You paid, but didn't receive the MB's?

If that's still the case, could you add your subscription information (Customer number & phonenumber) to your Community Profile (only visible to us) and give me a sign? I'll look into it
