Overstap abonnement naar prepaid

Hello,

I want to switch my abonnement into prepaid. I sent the aanvraag formulier one week ago and today I got an sms saying that my request is not complete. I am currently not in the Netherlands and I can't reach the custom serivce via telephone number provided on the web. Can somebody tell me how I can proceed my request?

Sorry to hear that the proces to switch to a prepaid account stopped. To inform you correctly we need information that can not be published on this Forum ( due to privacy reasons).
