Order status

My current contract is about to end so I extended my contract today with a pre order of iPhone 14 pro max. I have received three emails from Vodafone so far, the last one was an order overview. However when I checked my order online it says order status unknown, anyone has a clue about this?

Nice that you have extended your contract and pre ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The order is been validated and has been approved. So that's good news! You will receive updates about the shipment by SMS 🙂
