I hope you can help me in English.

I am using the My Vodafone app. My bill is normally €26.44 a month. This month I am being billed €55.60.

I currently have 59 minutes and 112.05mb left. I haven't been out of the country so why an earth would I be charged double this month? Please can you clarify?

For these kind of questions you can best call customer service at 1201. They have to know your phone number so they can check your usage.

Is it possible that you've called serice numbers starting with 09xx? These are premium numbers which are not included in your plan. Or did your phone used more data then your plan allows you (out of bundle)?
If you're not sure, customer service can check that for you.
