Note 3 Calls go straight to voice mail almost everytime..

Hi,

I am American living here in Holland. I have a problem with receiving calls for 99.9% go directly to voic mail but sometimes I get the calls. I have read other message boards people having the same problem checking call settings, factory reset, sending in for repairs and none of them fix the problem.

I jst bought this note 3 a month agao and not sure when theis started, sometimes rebooting I can get calls for a while then after a bit it starts up again.

Do you experience this at one location, or all the time? How is your range? Do you have full reception? It's also possible that we can solve the problem just by changing your voicemail settings.

Its in my apartment where I have never had probems before. it either goes to one bar to no bars then sometimesjumps to full bars.

Is it possible that your phone is on 4G / LTE when this happens? It could be a problem switching from 4G to 2G when a call comes in. Try switching to 3G, do you recieve the calls now? Then we know where to find the problem.
